Care Instructions
- Wash with mild dishwashing detergent and a soft sponge before first use and after cooking.
- Preheat gradually on low to medium heat.
- Avoid prolonged dry heating when the tawa is empty.
- Use an appropriately sized burner and keep flames within the base.
- Use only the required amount of oil or ghee for cooking.
- Although metal-spoon-friendly, avoid excessive scraping or cutting directly on the surface.
- Allow the tawa to cool naturally before washing.
- Avoid pouring cold water directly onto a very hot tawa.
