1. Shipping Policy

Our Delivery Promise
We are committed to delivering every order safely, efficiently, and at a time convenient for our customers.

Delivery Services

Express Delivery : Eligible customers within approximately 5 km of our showroom may receive delivery within 90 minutes, subject to product availability and delivery slot availability.

Scheduled Delivery : Customers can choose their preferred delivery date and available time slot during checkout. Only available slots will be displayed. Delivery instructions may also be added during checkout.

Standard Delivery :
Delhi NCR – Next Business Day
Metro Cities – 2–5 Business Days
Other Cities – 3–7 Business Days
Remote Locations – 5–10 Business Days.

Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on orders above Rs 4,999/- (unless otherwise specified).
  • Shipping charges below Rs 4,999/- are calculated automatically based on location, weight, dimensions and third-party courier rates.

Order Tracking & Packaging

Tracking details are shared after dispatch via Email, SMS or WhatsApp. Fragile products are
packed using protective packaging. Orders may be delivered in multiple shipments where required.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. Record a continuous unboxing video and report any damage, missing item or incorrect product within 24 hours.

Bulk Orders

Delivery schedules for hotels, restaurants, cafés, institutions and corporate orders will be
communicated separately via email or another agreed communication channel.

2. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Verma Home Store, if we make a mistake, we'll make it right. Eligible claims include damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different products.

Return Eligibility

Eligible for return/replacement if:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Missing parts/accessories
  • Missing parts/accessories

Reporting Timeline

  • Transit damage / wrong product / missing items: within 24 hours.
  • Visible manufacturing defects: within 48 hours.

Return Process

Submit your Order Number, photographs, outer packaging photos (if applicable), continuous unboxing video and a brief description. After verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange, store credit or refund, depending on the case.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after verification and are generally credited to the original payment method.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before packing or dispatch. Once packed or handed over to the courier, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Customised Products

Personalised, engraved, customised or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, modified, returned or refunded except where received damaged, defective or materially different from the confirmed order.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Clearance, festive sale, promotional or discounted products.
  • Final Sale / Non-Returnable items.
  • Gift hampers (unless damaged or incorrect).
  • Corporate, hotel, restaurant and institutional orders unless separately agreed.
  • Used, installed, assembled or altered products.
  • Products without original packaging, labels or accessories.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidental drops or improper handling.
  • Requests made after the return window.

Manufacturer Warranty

Products carrying a manufacturer's warranty will be serviced according to the respective brand's warranty terms.
