We accept payments through approved and secure payment partners. Verma Home Store does not store customers' card details, UPI PINs, CVVs, or banking credentials.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, delivery options, and shipping charges are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Customised & Made-to-Order Products

Orders for customised, engraved, personalised, specially sourced, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded except where permitted under our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Sale & Promotional Products

Products purchased during clearance sales, festive sales, promotional offers, special discount campaigns, or products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where the product is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order.

11. Bulk & Corporate Orders

Bulk purchases for restaurants, hotels, cafes, institutions, offices, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients may be governed by separate commercial terms, quotations, or purchase agreements. Where separate written terms exist, those terms shall prevail over these general Terms & Conditions.

12. Scheduled Delivery

Customers may choose a preferred delivery date and time slot where available. Available slots are displayed during checkout and may become unavailable once capacity is reached. Selected delivery slots remain subject to operational feasibility, traffic conditions, weather, customer availability, and other unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to meet scheduled timings, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

13. Express Delivery

Express delivery services, including delivery within 90 minutes in eligible areas, are offered on a best-effort basis and depend on delivery location, distance, product availability, operating hours, delivery capacity, and slot availability.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, icons, videos, layouts, and designs, is the property of Verma Home Store or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or commercially used without prior written permission.
